Just got the third (or is it my forth?) order from Fausto. As always, excellent service, quick ship, good prices etc. I’m a bit bigger’n the average home-wine maker, but less than a real vineyard., and Olve wood firs my needs perfectly. I used to order from an outfit I will not name -but it rhymes with ‘louse’ and despite a large orders, there were $9.00 handling charges tacked on after the fact. NOPE. Fausto now gets all my b’ness.
And it’s easy to get him or someone who knows something about the subject on the phone.
Recently I received a vin-o-meter purchased from your company. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. After notifying your company of the problem, a replacement was quickly shipped out. The new piece arrived today, in perfect condition. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your customer service, and the extra care you took in packaging and replacing such a small item. I will be doing business with your company again in the future.

Just a delightful experience. The owner was so helpful and was very patient with me even though I am not as quick as I used to be. He walked me through everything I needed to know and showed me exactly what I needed. Very nice retail store and would definitely recommend.
I needed lots of help in making my first all-grain brew but Fausto spent a lot of time with me in the shop and patiently and generously answered all my novice questions. He set me up with everything I needed and he explained everything so simply to me that I felt like I learned way more in 10 minutes than hours in of youtube videos and message boards.
Arrived quickly! Very happy… These are the same as the ones we use in the brewery I work at. Very good quality. They calibrate to the temperature of the wort based on temperature, so you don’t have to find a chart to figure out the actual gravity.

I ordered some yeast for my elderberry wine that I make every year and the fermentation took right off without any problems. The person I chatted with was very pleasant and helpful. He offered to answer any other questions that I may have had about my wine even though I only purchased yeast from them (and it was a rather small purchase). Very good support and customer service.

I have been making wine for over 50 years and I have shopped at many homebrew shops going back to the 70’s when there was very little available. I consider myself an expert even though I just make wine in my basement for my friends and family. Since I am a little old-fashioned and still like to talk to an actual person, I called these guys to clarify a technical question about an item I wanted to buy. I was surprised that the person who answered the phone was able to give me the information right off the top of his head. These guys really know their stuff and are good source even if you are an advanced brewer or wine maker. Even after talking for just a few minutes on the phone, the guy not only gave me the info I was looking for but gave me some really good tips and taught this old dog some new tricks. I will definitely be a loyal customer.
You guys are so amazing! First, thank you so much for being so patient with me even though I knew nothing about making cheese. I really appreciate that they did not make me feel stupid with all my novice questions. They not only helped me find all the items I was looking for but told me exactly how to do each step with very simple instructions. Our conversation really helped clear up a lot of my confusion. I haven’t received the shipment yet but from my communication with seller, I trust this seller. He is sincere and I really recommend buying from him with no worry. My shipment has arrived in country and it’s a matter of a day or two for delivery and I believe it’s going to be as described. Cheers.
I was very pleased with their service (packaging, speed of delivery, etc), but originally was not thrilled by the purchased item itself (a book). When I contacted them about their return process, they responded immediately & were very nice & helpful in explaining the process, which is quite simple. In the end…I changed my mind about the book & wound up keeping it after all.
Item was received by earliest delivery date. Product is exactly as described.
