Delivery Information For Dog-Owners

We want to help you avoid any kind of delivery problem that may arise. It is important for dog-owners to know that all shipping carriers including USPS, UPS and Fedex have requirements concerning unrestrained dogs in a yard at the time of delivery. Each year, thousands of letter and package carriers are attacked or injured by dogs. It is likely that your dog is not dangerous and would never pose a risk. However, package and letter carriers can not be forced to assume any risk when they are confronted with an unknown dog. It is the policy of all US shipping carriers that any dog be restrained or kept indoors during the times when your carrier may deliver.

If a dog is in your yard at the time of delivery, it must be restrained so that it is kept away from the path that your carrier requires to deliver to your mailbox or front door. For property owners with an electronic fence, please know that the dog must also be physically restrained away from the carrier's path during the time of delivery. If your mail carrier feels that it is not safe to deliver due to an unrestrained dog, they will leave a delivery attempt notice to re-schedule delivery or instruct you to pickup the package at your local post office. It is the recipient's responsibility to maintain a safe environment and comply with all shipping carrier requirements.

Late Delivery

If you selected Standard or Expedited shipping and your package is just a couple of days late, there may be no need for concern and it may just be experiencing a minor delay. These shipping services do not offer guaranteed delivery dates so shipping time may vary a little in rare situations.

If you selected 2-Day Shipping, your shipment is guaranteed to be delivered by the expected date or your money back. If your order does not arrive by the promised date, you may refuse the shipment for a full refund or keep your order and receive a refund of your shipping cost.

Refrigerated Items

Single-use cold packs are available for sale to protect temperature-sensitive products during shipment. To eliminate any harm to the shipment after it has been delivered, please avoid shipping to an outside mailbox or other location that is exposed to extreme temperatures. Instead, use a PO Box, office address or other location where the package can be delivered indoors.

Shipment Tracking

All US shipments will have a tracking number and all non-US shipments will have a customs identification number with limited tracking information. You will automatically receive your shipment details within about 1 day of shipment.

US Addresses Without USPS Delivery Service

We are happy to accommodate any special shipping needs you have. We ship packages through the United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. If required, please specify any shipping needs or limitations that you may have in your order notes during checkout.

• If you only have a PO Box, we will automatically use the United States Postal Service to deliver your shipment.
• If you have a physical address but do not receive USPS street delivery, then please enter your street address on the first line of your shipping address and your USPS mailing address on the second line of your address. It will be delivered to the appropriate address regardless of which carrier is used.
• Please know that it is your responsibility to tell us if you are unable to receive USPS mail delivery at the address you provide. We want to help you avoid any delivery problems and accommodate any shipping requirements you have.

Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address during checkout, please Contact Us immediately with the correct address. We will make the necessary correction if it has not shipped. If it has shipped, it may be possible to re-route the package while in transit (additional carrier fees apply). If the package has shipped and we are unable to re-route it, we will wait for the package to be returned and assist you in shipping the package again to the correct address (additional postage costs apply).
