  • 5.3 Liter capacity fruit press with aluminum construction and stainless steel pressing basket and collection tub. This compact fruit press is an ideal size for most home winemakers and has an 8in x 6.5in pressing basket. It is capable of pressing a wide variety of crushed fruit, fruit pulp or pre-cooked fruit. Simply place fruit directly in the pressing basket or wrapped in cheesecloth if needed. Only press crushed or softened fruit to avoid damaging the press. Do not over-tighten the handle.
