Supreme Mother of Vinegar Culture, 8oz

  • Mother of vinegar culture for making 1 quart (32oz) or more of vinegar at home. Available in red wine, white wine, apple cider or rice wine vinegar. To make vinegar, combine the mother of vinegar culture with wine, beer, apple cider or rice wine and allow to ferment. In 6 to 12 weeks, the vinegar will be complete and the mother can continue to be used to make more vinegar. Experiment by using different ingredients, adding herbs or adjusting the acidity of your vinegar to suite your taste!
